Description: The incumbent assists in ensuring quality service and timely compliance assistance to organizations within the district's geographical area. The incumbent assists in consistent compliance evaluations which demonstrate: 1) appropriately focused investigations that target substantive issues, 2) thorough investigations and documented findings, 3) fairly evaluations that professionally respond to contractor concerns and positions, and 4) make-whole relief for victims of discrimination. The incumbent assists the district director in implementing the district's program plan, maintains an ongoing evaluation of the plan, and makes necessary adjustments in order to accomplish the established goals.

Description: The incumbent serves within a defined geographical area as District Office Director of an OFCCP District Office; leads compliance reviews/investigations and provides technical assistance to regional managers in developing and incorporating effective leveraging strategies into compliance assistance program initiatives, ensuring that such initiatives are consistent with the agency’s and region’s strategic plans; plans, develops and implements the regional office external compliance assistance (CA) program, providing for or personally conducting outreach sessions on new standards, directives, and other topics of current interest, both independently and in conjunction with stakeholders (such as employer and employee organizations).
